Currently, there are two shipping options are available.
- Our free standard shipping with DHL eCommerce
- Express delivery with DHL Express

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Free standard Shipping – DHL eCommerce
Your order will be processed within 2 days
- After shipped, customers in the United States will receive their order within 8 to 15 business days.
- After shipped, customers in other countries will receive their order within 30 to 35 days.

Express delivery – DHL Express
Your order will be processed within 1-2 days. Once shipped, it usually takes about 1-3 business days to arrive at your door.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND
We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. However, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds will only be issued is the item is damaged as a result of shipping. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. In the email, you can track your package anytime by clicking at the tracking number. Then the system will automatically lead you to your shipment status page on DHL website.
