DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We ship directly to more than 220 countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, countries in Europe, Asia, and more. Please see the list available at checkout.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We love our products and we know you love it too. We want to ensure that your order will be delivered to you safe and sound. Currently, there are two shipping options are available. And, of course, both options have a tracking number.
- Our free standard shipping with DHL eCommerce
- Express delivery with DHL Express

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Free standard Shipping
Your order will be processed as soon as we can within 2 days. And, it will be shipped with DHL eCommerce. You can check your shipping status anytime with the tracking number.
- After shipped, customers in US will receive their order in 8 - 15 business days.
- After shipped, customers in other countries will receive their order in 30 - 35 days.

Express delivery
The express delivery is available at the checkout process. Your order will be processed as soon as we can within 1-2 days. And, it will be shipped with DHL Express. Once it shipped, it usually takes about 1-3 business days to arrive at your door.

HOW MY ORDER WILL BE PACKED?

Check it twice! Once an order is placed, unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the order, including cancellation. This includes if you have ordered a pre-order item. For address changes, please contact us within 2 hours after the order is placed.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND
We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. We currently do not accept return, exchange, or refund unless the items are damaged due to the delivery process, which rarely happens. Please contact us at Help.kommunestore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
