DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we only ship for orders in the United States. Please see the list available at checkout.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Currently, there are two shipping options are available.
- Standard shipping with USPS
- Express delivery are available at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard Shipping – USPS
Your order will be processed within 2 days
- After shipped, customers will receive their order within 3 to 7 business days.
- After shipped, customers in other countries will receive their order within 30 to 35 days.

Express delivery – DHL Express
Your order will be processed within 1-2 days. Once shipped, it usually takes about 1-3 business days to arrive at your door.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND

We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. However, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds will only be issued is the item is damaged as a result of shipping. Please contact us at Help@Vaang.co within seven days of receipt to request a refund on a damaged item.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. In the email, you can track your package anytime by clicking at the tracking number.
