Being essential to Asian culture with its light and aromatic character, lemongrass plant grows in tropical climate most notably in Southeast Asia, hence widely used as a herb in Asian cuisine. Inhaling the lemongrass aroma eases the nerves and helps improve the mood. 

Orange oil – Thailand
It is believed orange essential oil may help with stress, alleviate anxiety, anger and depression with its calming and relaxing effect.

Peppermint oil – Thailand
A hybrid first cultivated for medical use in eighteenth-century England, peppermint is a refreshing yet soothing component and has long been an oil choice for fatigue and stress relief.
